well... for all of you wanting to know the difference between the luke piezo saddles and the vintege ones here you go:

took both of my lukes to the studio last night
plug both via an a b box just to check if there is a sound differnce between the two and shazzaaaammmmmm....

the piezo saddls on the luke were much much "fater sound" then the regular ones!!!!!!!!!!!! what is better you ask????
have no idea .they are both f**** great so there you go

the regular ones comes out more sharp i guess much more treble to it
and the piezo ones are a bit more round sounding
according to me ,the studio engneer, and this frequncy plugin that he had
you can actually see it on the plugin graph

well... that was that
let me tell youi this they are both amazing so go grab your self one or two!!!

How about some sound samples?
It would be interesting to actually HEAR this A/B comparison!

I'm about to get myself an EBMM with a piezo system, but not sure which one to go for.
I already have a Luke, which I love, but for reasons of versatility I might as well go for a JP or an Axis Super Sport.

So maybe listening to some sound samples might help to push me into either direction ;)

Rock on!

Oh, I see! Well, it could be difficult then.
Thanks anyway for sharing your findings with us!

When I have finally made up my mind (and my purchase ) I will do some samples and post them here!

All the best

Very cool. I've always found the vintage saddles to be brighter. Whether or not one likes it really depends on one's rig. I like the added "zing".
