I had really long hair at one time, but I was a headbanger - I used to beat up hippies (just kidding).
I'm just messin' with you. When I moved to Florida from Boston 11 years ago I had an Ovation and a Strat and I used to transport them in the back in the weather. The Strat, which was always solid, suddenly needed neck and setup tweaking all the time and the ovation actually came unglued at the bridge and where the top meets the bowl.
Lesson learned - my guitars ride in the front with the AC on.

I'll admit the first time some of my gear was riding back there, I was a bit nervous - but no losses to report so far......
If Tommy ever does get rid of that truck, I won't know how to spot him in the parking lot - I mean come on - it's easy now!!
