Reflex question

Hello!

I played the Reflex and noticed the neck profile is quite different from the Axis. No offense to the Axis fans, but I like Reflex's neck profile better.

My question is - is the 25th Anniversary/Reflex considered to be a refinement of the Axis/ASS design or a completely different guitar altogether?

The neck is based off of the Silo Special actually. It's really a different guitar all together. It took on the shape of the Axis/ASS, but itt's bigger with some contours, different switching, chambered, tone block...same pickups though. But it's really different otherwise sonically and the way it feels...this is at least my assessment since I played both.

Yep Roubster nailed it, I think it is a hybrid between Silo, Silo Special and AL but thats just what it feels like to me, and what the F do I know

Outside of the similar though larger body design and same pups, the Reflex is a totally different guitar than the Axis.
