I just bought a Sterling Cutlass SN SG32583. I was replacing the pickups with Seymour Duncan California 50's and I think I cooked the volume master by using a soldering iron that was too hot.

What is the right replacement part?

Same question on the 5 way switch?

Thanks!

The Sterling people are extremely helpful and friendly. I'm sure if you contact them they can help.

I don't have their info but I'm sure someone here will.

It's most likely an Alpha 250k pot, just not sure if they use audio taper or linear taper in the SBMMs (I'll take a guess at audio taper).
