I recently picked up a SUB-1, and I'm looking to put on locking tuners. Not that I'm having any tuning problems, but they make for much quicker string changes. What I need to know is what brands of tuners package in a 4+2 configuration for EBMM guitars? And where would I be able to pick them up?
Thanks for all your help!

i recently got locking tuners for my sub1. you have to get them for ernie ball. i was unable to find them from a company in the 4x2 combo. i actually was able to find them on the bay from a user a week ago. there like $12 a piece through eb.

You can get individual Schaller locking tuners from Warmoth @ $8 a piece. I'm yet to see a 4+2 combo.

You simply order 6 individual tuners, 4 on one side and 2 on the other. They each have their own model number distinction.

Do you know if they are a direct replacement, or will extra holes have to be drilled, or the post holes widened to accomodate them?

Mm, wait a minute. I replaced locking with locking tuners. Not positive about replacing non-locking with locking.
