I would like to ask for your help/advice on the best place to get my guitar's neck replaced. I sent an email initially to inquire if it's possible for me to "upgrade" my neck to a rosewood neck (my original is a finished neck).
I learned from musicman's domestic manager that it's not possible to change the type of neck other than what originally came with the guitar. I tried requesting for a reconsideration but I guess they're really strict about it.
What I seek help is that I just recently noticed that the neck of my BFR is showing signs of bowing. I asked a local luthier and he told me that there is a small amount... but it's enough that it buzzes.
Where do I get a replacement neck for my guitar? What is the process?
