And its a whopper. All the options baby, 5 strings, 2 humbuckers, Piezo. It was sitting at GC abused and beaten. No volume knob, broken pot, missing batteries, mysterious scratches in odd places. But if you knew how much it cost me, you would probably hunt me down for ripping off GC. Picked this up at the July 4th sale. Pays to be the first one in the door.

Thankfully the volume pot was broken in the full on position :)

Very nice rescue! I wish I had the money to save a few local MMs in my current area. One of the dealers has an old used Blue Dawn Sterling that I had been eyeing for a long time. It is, actually, the MM that got me interested in MM instruments. Hopefully the settlement money will come soon because I'll be sure to snag that thing.

Thanks BP, it was only a matter of time. I was planning on calling on Monday but I will email Dan instead. Turns out I need a hex key for the bridge too :)
