Resonance Test

Many have been curious, as I was also, about the similarity in resonance between my new semi-hollow PDN vs. my 25th Anniversary. I went upstairs to my jam room while the wife & kids were busy preparing for tonight's festivities. Both guitars were played "unplugged"; just strings & wood only. Both have brand new Ernie Ball super slinky(9's). I strummed chords, noodled through scales, bends, tapping.....




Hands down, the PDN comes in first!!!!! I do, however, love them both! I will play them together through the clean channel of the Egnater to do another comparison.

Hey there, just curious if you'd give a review of the reflex/25th vs the Axis SS Semi-hollow. Curious if you can tell the difference sonically when plugged in. Also, if you have a standard Axis vs the semi-hollow, is there a difference in sound/tone when plugged in, or is it mostly just a difference in feel/weight? Trying to decide what my next EBMM will be.
