Jeff, when you get that bongo mockup done, I'm going to re-post it on the bass side for all the bongoloids if that's cool...

Thanks Scott, I forgot about that. For the sake of a straight on shot of a mock up you can’t see any difference. I will give it a go anyway.

Patrick, your tort SM.

That's pretty hot there with the clear gaurd. I suppose alot of bass guys might go for a bongo because these limited runs are a chance to get a non painted neck on what would otherwise have one.

Pardon my lack of knowledge - what is the "classic series" comprised of?

It's a bass thing. They are 'Classic' versions of the Stingray & Sterling that were introduced at NAMM this year. Both are 2-Band, slab body and highly figured necks -very nice. Also, the colors were the same as the 2H Albert Lees.

Jeff, do you have a sample for the "gold swirl" pickguards that were discontinued last year...I bet it would look so awesome on the Morse!

Love the Y2D mock up too!

Classic Series are basses. They feature a slab ash body, 2 band eq, string through bridge with mute kit, urethane yellow finished neck (figured with your choice of birdseye or flame), chrome truss rod wheel, classic skinny frets, classic skinny nut, classic Music Man decal logo and a 7.5" radius on the neck.

They are available in 6 colors: Black, Tobacco Burst, Classic White, Mint Green, Coral Red and Powder Blue.

Will their be anything else Patrick. Perhaps I could re-string all of your guitars.
Just pay my airfare buddy. :)

I’ll have a look for gold swirl.
