nowhere.... any dealer however can help you order anything the company currently offers... I reccomend either Bass Central in Florida or Dubaldo. Neither one will steer you wrong.

u can special order one, but there is no custom shop.
any dealer can order u a bass with any of the available options (Music Man Basses - Ernie Ball Forums).

however if an option isn't a standard offering (ex: u want a color not available on that bass, or want a mahogany bongo) you just cant get it... unless u become famous and endorsed

So, a friend of mine was wondering about the roasted necks, and I started looking on TB for info... That led me here.. Since coming here, I've read through a couple of threads..Here's what I've come to:

I will never purchase another Ernie Ball or MM product for as long as I live. You people should be downright ashamed of how you treat your customers, regardless of how well you make instruments.

Sterling, you should leave moderating these forums to someone with some tact.

Feel free to erase this or mark it as whatever or whatever I'm certain you will do...this place seems almost like a police state.

Hopefully, I have dissuaded my friend from buying a MusicMan.

I buy basses due to how they sound and play, rather than how nice their forum is.

+1, bd. And, maybe that person shouldn't cherry-pick the posts he/she pays attention to.

There are many, many more positive messages here than negative ones.

Move along, nothing to see here. Close-minded rubbish IMHO.

Count me as a very satisfied customer who likes the way the company treats me just fine, thank you very much, and rather appreciates the forum just the way it is.

this really is one of the few places on the internet i can hang out and not feel like an asshole... I like that. Maybe i'm just too much like everyone else here. I try and go to talkbass and i feel like a prick cause the average question there has no consequence whatsoever. And its just people trying to pump up their comment count. Maybe thats shy i've been here for almost 8 years and have less than 350 comments... Okay derail over.

Give Beaver Felton, or Grasshopper a call and tell them Erin Payne sent you. They really are Aces in the industry. You can see me on their customers page right at the top.

You can't go wrong ordering from Bass Central.
