in the latest issue of BP there's a nice big article with Sasha(of Rockstar INXS fame) and Jason Newstead and talking about the new series in which Jason will be the bassist but Sasha's the one again playing while the singers are singing.

Sasha rocked the house last year. When's the new series coming on?

Sasha just called and said the first episode will be July 5th on CBS.

He has a 2 pickup Ray in Sunburst. Should be usuing it a lot on the show.

That band SO rocked last year, and honestly, his tone and the vibe of that band got me to make the SR5 my number one gigging bass. My band-mates love it. I literally play it direct into the board (through a cheap Behringer Ultra DI) and the tone kicks.
