Opinions are best given after consideration and experience. Negative opinions have been expressed here and have not been censored. In fact, many times, problems have been solved.
However.
Childish, loutish behavior, and the moral equivalent of shouting "Fire!" in a crowded theatre, is in no way related to expressing an opinion.
EEb, I will leave you with this. Your ignorance on such matters is, in fact, only my opinion. I may be wrong. (I'm not, of course, but it sounded nice.)
But for better or for worse, I and the other moderators are the people who decide whether threads or posts live or die. We also recommend The Boot when things get out of hand, which fortunately doesn't happen very often.
This has been an open exchange of ideas and opinions for a while now. It will, if we're smart, continue on for quite some time, and I see my role here not as really a 'moderator' or 'information specialist' but more like the true calling of my pal, Juan Guitarrez.
I'm the groudskeeper.
