Unfortunately, a situation has come up and I need to let go of both my guitars. Selling both the JPX and Y2D :( I posted my guitars in the appropriate thread. If you know anyone interested in either please let me know. They're mint and have been babied beyond belief. :(

Looking for them to go to a good home.

Thanks man. It's heartbreaking but I have to man up and take care of certain obligations right now.

That sucks!

But they are things...they come and go...it´s just the natural flow of energy...

I´ve no doubt that you´ll get through this and your hands will be on MM again soon!

Good luck!

Sorry to hear that my friend. Things will turn around. I used to own about 16 guitar, but now down to about 5. There are things in life more important than guitars and it all works out in the end. :)

Very sorry to hear as well. I went thru the same thing years ago, had to sell it all and eventually start over. Best wishes

That sucks. Does that mean you won't own a single guitar if you sell both of those?

Maybe try to sell something else and keep one of them?

Sorry to hear that mate...but being able (and having the wife's premission) to start your collection again definitely doesn't sound too bad...being forced to sell something you love always sucks!

On a positive note............you are going to have a fresh start once you have moved in. Think positive mate. Get a sub to see you through, then go for it.

The bright side to this is that you are buying a new home. That is an incredibly rewarding experience once you get thru all the red tape and the carpal tunnel from signing your name and initials about 100 times. Guitars are easily acquired, even though it hurts to get rid of them.

Make sure you have a guitar though. Nothing helps more after a day of working on your house than playing guitar. Get yourself an acoustic or a cheap classical to exercise your fingers (see carpal tunnel above) and your musical demons.

You'll be back! Head up!

In a related but opposite story, I bought my 25th about a month before buying my new house last summer....my girl said "if you want it and the price is right, go for it".

If I had the coin right now, I'd buy your Y2D and then sell back to you when you were ready....but I don't.
