Wow what a great time! And as always I am just mesmerized by Steve Morse's playing. I made the 6 hour drive from Tucson for the show and it was worth every mile.
Can't say enough that John Ferraro hangs with these guys and really is a big part of the magic that happens. Thank You John.
Here's the pictures to tell the story.
At the GC they had a fine selection of EBMM guitars. I know there was another pet and a nice Luke BFR on the wall that I didn't get pictures of.
Then there is this nice selection of 25th anniversiaries and a BigAl here as well. It was hard to not bring home that maple trem model.
Lot's of fun talk and of course with Luke there you know it will be informative, educational and entertaining.
The 25th cutaway
Jammin and shredding
BP getting his thump on.
Words fail me
I finally got a chance to play the 25th. Yes Virginia, it is one bad a$$ guitar that kicks even Sir Mix-a-Lot's girlfriend's butt
Even after Steve Morse signed all the pictures he could, he stuck around and treated us diehards to a guitar lesson. The theme was expanding creativity through limitation. That is so true to me and I think that speaks volumes.
An impromptu jam with myself, Steve and kbaim. For those of you who want to join along with us, we are in the key of ARRRRRR!
Dayum that was fun
