P.S. Sorry if anyone was trying to reach me this evening via cell. I had to lie down because of a headache, and didn't wake up until after 9:00.......

"Quid" sounds so much cooler than the colloquial names we have for the US dollar. "Bucks"?!?! I mean, come on. "George Washingtons"? Ugh. "Quid"? Cool.

When I got home last night, there was a small package for me from England.

It was a Status Quo CD!

I had paid for it using British pounds....

A perfect example of "Quid Pro Quo"....

Man, that was bad.....:D

I think we could raise a further 12p if we did that!

Ah, come one now! You gotta at least admire them for lasting 40 years using the same three chords!

Love the QUO!

I have a special fondness for the Quo. Well, Francis Rossi and Rick Parfitt. They once showed up at a crummy little pub I was playing at. They sang along with us and hung out after hours and told us how they liked our band. I have pics somewhere. Very kind fellows. We used to do "In The Army Now". :D

Oh man I know how you feel! I'm quivering here awaiting my estimated final bill from my solicitor... not that he's actually DONE anything to deserve the money... he doesn't return my calls... or emails.... sod :D

Well, you, me and Trev will make 3 clean souls ;)

My family don't believe me really when I tell them about this. I may also have to print off the thread! (Or to save trees Trev and me will print one copy and then take turns with it) :)

You lot are the best!!!!
