yea thats the thing about steve morses tone! so smooth & bright!
i spent a month or two trying to get his tone and I finaly got very close !
i spent some time working on steve morses version of the songs.
im doing some covers soon for steve version of "highway star "Album- total abandon"
and "sometimes i feel like screaming".

next year or when they come back im going to go with my whole family.

what amp are you working with?

But the influence of the amp can´t be that much. He had "his" tone with peavey and he has with Engl.

at home i play my line 6 witch is ok, at the other place i play at has "fender hot rod veville410... and some other cool stuff.. i wana buy an Engl soon.
