I wanted to see if any of you guys know anything about this. I was browsing the subreddit /r/guitar when someone posted this https://i.imgur.com/PgJRSWZ.jpg. I was immediately surprised to see the roasted neck on the Sahara burst. I thought it was only on the new 2017 blue version?

Anyone know anything? They said they got it from the dealer Pitbull Audio.

...soooo...how do I get a replacement neck for my JP 157 from last year ;)

(but seriously, I'll pay for a neck...)

6-string version?

Brian, any chance we will see a 6-string version of the Sahara with roasted maple neck?
I like the idea of the roasted maple neck but I'm not a fan of the blue color that is currently available.

Thank you

JP150-SHB is the only one in the JP150 series that doesn't have a roasted maple neck.

Thank you for the information.
I'm in a search for a 6-string and I really hoped the SHB would come with the roasted maple neck in the near future. It really looks much better than the blue version. At least to me.

Although a 42year old beginner guitar player, I really enjoy my JP70 TGB 7-string. :D
The JP model somehow feels very comfortable to "my body". Especially the position of the volume pot. It's perfect.

The JP150 seems to have some changes that I would do to the JP70 to make it even closer to my beginner's taste (heavier body so less neck dive, smaller arm rest cut, rosted maple neck for a better stability,...)

Anyway, I'll keep an eye in case the situation changes.

Thank you
