SBMM Level 2?

Found a pretty decent deal on a JP150 that I'm thinking about picking up, but it's listed as Level 2. Looking around, I've found that a couple of other places, too, on different instruments. Can I assume that means it's a factory second?

Maybe they're buyer returns, but the language just made me wonder. I know EBMM doesn't do seconds, but I didn't know about SBMM. Thanks, Brian.

Appears to be open box and blemished, whcih if you follow the right link gives us...

Yes, in looking at the wording, these are "Open Box", which could mean customer returns, demos, or possibly some form of store stock as well.
