My guess is that the Majesty is going to be the first of the new EBMM string-less guitars. Yep, you read it here first.

My tinfoil hat is broke so I will just sit back, relax, and enjoy the ride. Thanks for the pics Pops. I am sure it is going to be a stunner.

BP's photo is upside down. The switch is on the topside of the guitar. Can't put it on the horn because the horn does not exist.

They took the tonewood cocktail idea from the BFRs and replaced the mahogany toneblock with a patent-pending carbon fibre-wood composite tone block. With regular tonewoods, the pickups very slightly vibrate in phase with the body wood, but that is sometimes out of phase with the string vibrations. The ultra-stiff carbon fibre eliminates that and make the pickups more responsive, giving a faster, smoother attack with more articulation to super high speed playing and complex chords under distortion (try playing a Major 7 with full distortion and you'll know what I mean).

The wood part of the composite is made out of a super lightweight ultra-resonant wood (Ochroma Pyramidale) that is often used to make ultra-high-tech aircraft propellers, wing-struts, and high-performance surfboards. It's a very fast growing tree, so stocks can be quickly replaced, which aids sustainable harvesting.

If I had the cash, I would buy certain right-handed guitars (I'm a lefty) and hang them on the wall because they're just so beautiful. I have a feeling that the Majesty may be one of those.

In a Premier Guitar Rig Rundown video, JP's tech Mattie shows an aluminium topped guitar that he describes as 'bright'. I know that synthetic materials have been used in guitars previously although I've never played nor owned one. It's such a fabulous colour, why cover it up with carbon fibre? Unless it's a scratchplate! :()

i'm not even a JP guitar player and i've been hooked for the last year or so...

I'm really excited to see where JP and the EBMM crew took this thing... it's forward thinking...

is it a mandolin... LOL

I do like the looks of the carbon fiber... but BP said it's possibly not what it looks like...

Maybe this is a hot swapable plate to instantly change pickup configurations.. Maybe that "toggle" is a volume switch where you push it forward to increase volume or tone - although after i say that it really wouldn't make sense but heck... only time will tell what this monster really is...

Carved top... possibly?

Man oh man, these theories about what the Majesty could be are killing me! I can't resist checking the thread every chance I get.

Hmmm....this is starting to remind me of the Bongo. Is the Bongo guitar concept making a comeback? This could be cool. :)
