I loved it! I use to play in Texas quite often, Billy Bob's etc, that video makes me miss Texas somehow. Mighty fine bass pickin' Jack and when I get my lefty Bongo I'm going to post a pic of me in my cowboy hat and my Bongo... I'm on a mission.

Fun stuff indeed,

Chuck

You still have a good sound with the video cam's sound recording. How much more so in person, then?! Brownie points cuz' you can sing while playing that bass line.
That bright yellow guitar is too loud...

There's shades of the great Mark King in the Lord Bongo's bass position....nice!! The bass sounds sweet as well.
Like it a lot. I really love the fact that we all probably strap our weapons at different heights....imagine country with that Peter Hook style - round your ankles. :D

Thanks for watching me display my sickness.

The Cowpilot Website is up and nearly working.

If you guys would check and see if you find any errors besides the ones I already know about...muchas gracias!

Jack,

the gear.html page is missing when I try to click the link for it. You may already know about it, but I'm being dutiful here..

A suggestion: If you're going to use image maps, some sort of visual hint as to where the links actually are would be nice. Maybe turn the front pic to black and white with only the linked objects in color?

Edit: I "found" the gear page! And I don't mind if it stays missing, mind you. ;) :D

Hah! I'd forgotten about my 'missing page" page.

Good call on the gear page and the image map.

I shall think about this some.

Have you checked the biographies? Good, bad, indifferent?

That depends on your perspective - appears more entertaining than informative... ;)

Re: the image-maps, I'd definitely increase their coverage to make it easier to "hit". Also, while it would be a bit more work, I'd layer an image to "highlight" the image links - perhaps an outline of the link-image or a highlighted/shaded indicator (e.g. brighten the image-link or shade the remainder of the page).

All depends on how much time your've got on your hands! :)

If you're using the dreaded-browser-from-Redmond, you can tell where the links are when the mouse pointer changes from an arrow to a hand. (Assuming you're using Win-doze default mouse pointers.)

Looks good to me. I even liked the error page ;)

I didn't have any trouble finding the links. I just assumed you were a little more creative than just a pic.

Love the bios, etc. :D

I like THIS link Jack...

http://www.bovinehost.com/cowpilot/index.html

Apart from the home page, all I gedt is another page with 2 more photos on it....hence the attempt at index.html and resulting page...

I like the: "hot naked lesbians and the rockabilly band that drove them away from men"-part :D

But at first I didn't know where to click, maybe there are still some pages I haven't seen. Works a bit confusing too me
