Have a kid. :) Paying for my son's stuff plus daycare used up all my GAS funds. Can you say $12K/year for daycare?

Just picture the amount of crap you have to haul around if you move, and slenderize your life to the things that you really can't give up.

For me in my bass world, that would be my honeyburst Stingray and my hot rodded P bass. These two are my babies and the only basses I truly have feelings for.

Of course, the thought of an HH Sterling is haunting me.

My honest suggestion? Don't own more basses than you have a reason for playing. Though, where's the fun in that? SPEND SPEND SPEND!:D:D

ya im starting to sell off some of my guitars. i ditched an acoustic already and i think my 1978 Les Paul Goldtop is next on the chopping block. Its got P90s and is dope but im not in love with it. after that i think my P is gonna get the bounce.

and of course a 2 pup sterling is haunting u. i can help you exercise that ghost ... just call up Doug and order one :) thats what i did, and it worked but now the calendar in haunting me

Each of the (soon to be three) bass guitars in my toolbox have a distinctive feel and purpose.

Going HH on a Sterling would require swapping out the existing one to make room - not likely, given my recent "JonGitarz fret-job" - my current Sterling is just perfect in my hands! :)

Then again, I could make the arguement for having at least one additional fretted bass as a back-up, if I started playing-out a bit more... Hmmm... Yea, that's it... ;)
