Hi everyone. I have been considering selling my Ernie Ball Silhouette recently, but was wondering who out there has regretted selling their EB.

The sad part too is that I need the money for an amp. I have switched to bass over the past few years, and therefore need some bass gear. I already have a bass (unfortunately, not an EB), but the band I am in is getting quite serious so I really need a decent amp.

It pains me to think of selling it as I've owned it for over 10 years. So anyways, has anyone not been able to sleep at night since selling their EB?

This is topical; I've recently been thinking about giving it all up and selling..including my smy2d. Pondering pondering..

I haven't bought and sold a lot, but I have had regrets and was lucky enough to have been able to buy one I let go, only to let it go again. I've regretted, but not for a very long time. I think it depends on the instrument and the person.

As a left handed American (American whom just happens to be a lefty) I've sold and traded some guitars that I regret for financial reasons, like my 3 prs's, nice guitars but I never bonded with them unlike my JP bfr which had me smiling the second I strummed it but they're all worth twice as much as when I bought them and I could use that money now. I also miss the white pearl JP7 I sold because I should have tried harder to play that 7 stringer.

Oh....and I miss a teal blue SS I bought from the USA & sold on at a profit straight away in 2003.....gorgeous colour!
