I won't get into details; its not anything major anyway and my guitar is awesome regardless but here's the deal:

I brought my Rosewood ASS to my guitar shop about 30-45 days ago for service and it was decided it needed to go back to SLO for the necessary adjustments. I have never gotten around to sending it due to work and everything but that's another story. Anyway my guitar shop guy called it in at that time and they've been expecting it at the factory; it has the service tag number and all but its going on like a month and a half. Can I send it or do I have to have the shop guy do it all over again? Thanks in advance.

As long as you have an RA number that was issued in the last 4 months you can go ahead and send it.

Thanks guys. A.J. I think my salesman spoke to you actually, Frank from Musician's Workshop in NJ. Awesome guy. I appreciate the help. Don't mind the box please, you'll see we crossed out the 'other' name on it. We couldn't find an EBMM box! Haha
