Steve Morse SM-Y2D Purple Sunset - Serial G34623 (I was told this was a NAMM guitar in 2007).

Hi

I need some info on the latest MM guitar in my stable.

It says AXIS SPORT on the headstock and serial number is G30422.
It's a hardtail guitar with two humbuckers, 5 way switch and Volume and Tone pots and locking tuners.
It has got a binding around the front of the body.
22 frets on rosewood fingerboard.
Back of the body is painted black and front looks like a rosewood((you can see the wood grain/translucent finish).

Can you please tell me DOB?
Have I got here an AXIS SPORT or AXIS SUPER SPORT (coz it has a binding around the body)?
What is the wood used on body front/back ?

I'm in Adelaide, Australia.

E28396 - DOB: 02/08/02, ashwood body, maple neck/ rosewood fretboard, black pickguard.
G34623 - DOB: 12/27/06, quilt Purple Sunset SM-Y2D, poplar body, maple neck/ rosewood fretboard. I can't see where it was shipped, but judging by the date, it could easily be an '07 NAMM piece.
