Jimmy, you mean the trans orange that went yesterday? No its not though I was bidding on that.I missed the auction end and it went for a super price :(

no this is a black one which never ever had a pg fitted at the factory.it belonged to Dave B originally who sold it to steveH via the forum and now it's stopping with me:D

pics in the next couple of days once its fettled.I'll be doing a shot of it on its lonesome and a family portrait as well

also bit of a story getting it tonight.weather was awful,it was dark, unfamiliar B roads, looked down into the cabin just as I arrived at an unseen and unmarked right angle bend, went straight off the road, airborne over a ditch and ploughed into a field.was scary yet strange sitting in the middle of nowhere with hay flattened all around me but thankfully both myself and the car are ok.first time in 20 years of driving anything like that has happened to me.my legs were shaking for half an hour.still steveH was a top fella and let me sit awhile drinking coffee and gave me plenty of time to pull myself together before the 2 hour journey back home

glad to be back home with the guitar and I'm thinking I should just put up with ParcelFarce or johnny come lately courier cowboys on future purchases :)

Could you tell me some more about these guitars? Color, DOB, sent to etc.

EVH: 86542 11/01/94 Trans Red, originally sent to Drum City Guitarland, near Denver, CO.
Luke: 95478 06/14/94 Pearl Blue, sent to American Music, Seattle, WA
Silo: A90481 08/05/97, Sunburst Rosewood HSS Trem, sent apparently to the Netherlands.

Thanks!

Steve

Lenny,

Sorry about the slow response.

There were very few Axis SuperSports made in this color .. in fact I only found one tremolo version (yours) and one non-tremolo version that we ever officially shipped. It seems yours was originally shipped to the Music Center in Kenosha, Wisconsin.
