Lenny, really sorry ya had to ask me twice! 8/13/08 was your guitar's big day! And here's the big news (and why I have an excuse as to why it took me so long) - you have 1 of only 2 made like this on record.

Nice!

Have been waiting for ages for one and she's finally here :D

her serial number is G32323 <---- such a sexy number too lol
any info would be great, also ive been keeping an eye around this thread and it seems that around my serial number is about 2006 model but most of the jp6's i see here from 2006 and up have the dsonic bridge pickup. just wondering if som1 changed my pickup? do your records tell you what pickups they have at what dates?

Axis Sport MMP90 Serial #G15293

Axis Rosewood HH Serial #G28608

I feel like an irresponsible parent by not knowing the birth date of my children!
Any information would be greatly appreciated. Thanks much in advance.

Hi!

I wanted to find out something about my incoming JP7 on my own, but it seems that this is the only way to go ;)

Alright, I have a JP7 on the way, serial no is: F03457

The seller told me this is one of the first JP7's ever made, is that true?
Please tell me everything you know about it, I'm very excited! :) Date, shipping destination, options (just to see if that matches...)

Thank you very much!

Greetings from Germany!
Felix

Felix, welcome to the Forum, but ... are you sure about the serial number? That doesn't seem right ...

Dan

Hey Dan,

I asked the seller for a pic of the neckplate:

MMEB_SerNum.jpg

It is a bit blurry, but I can clearly read "F03457". What makes you think it is incorrect?

Cheers!
Felix

HAH! I will have to report you to Guitar Protective Services!

Your Sunburst/rosewood Axis Sport with MM90's was built on 6/12/01 - and your Axis rosewood was built on 5/11/05.

Nice "axes"

Felix, what makes me think it is incorrect is - this serial number is not in our database. In fact, even the very first Petrucci 7's we made had a higher serial number, starting in the low F04000's. All the numbers I found active around the serial number in the picture are Sterling basses. I would proceed with caution on this one.
