I have been thinking of modding my sub to run series parallel ala the 25th. via a push pull. I have heard that a normal push pull can not handle switching both pups at once. Any one know where I can score a push pull that can handle what I need?

You need a 4PDT switch (it's like two DPDT switches in one). They don't really make this in a push/pull, other than the Fender S1 switches (which have reliability issues). The only other ones I've seen have been homemade.

So- you either need two push/pulls (DPDT switches) or a single 4PDT toggle. The added benefit of doing this is that you can also include a split position in the wiring if you get a 4PDT on/on/on switch. (Series/split/parallel.)

Yes. Also what the Petrucci uses for a pickup selector (it's three positions, not two though).

Also there are mini-toggle versions of both the On/On and On/On/On. So lots of places to get one.

with the 25th it is only an on/on I don't get why a push pull can't do it too. I know nothing about this stuff but I am hungry to learn :)

If you have a really good DIY electronics store, go there and ask. You'll need to understand exactly what you're looking for first, though. I have a "You Do It" electronics and used them to get my 6 position rotary switches when I went that route on the sub originally. They may actually be 4 pole....don't remember.
