A problem it is not.
Adjustment to the neck you must make.
From having no string tension, bowed your neck has become.
The adjustment wheel you must rotate, then, go away the buzz, it will.

Oh, sorry guys, I was typing Yoda. Too much Star Wars this week seen I have.

The weirdness of his diction notwithstanding, nobozos is going in the right direction. If I understand your post correctly, you removed the neck from the guitar - or at the very least took off all your strings - and left the guitar like that for some time, and now that you've put it back together, things are not as they should be. That's because whenever you disassemble your guitar, you need to have it set up. Since it's clear from your post that you don't really understand that process, I suggest you get a professional guitar tech to do it for you the first couple of times - ask him a bunch of questions about what he does and how he does it, and you'll be able to do it yourself in no time. But you probably should get someone to help you at this point.

And NEVER take the neck off without first turning the truss rod wheel counter clockwise...Or you can expect a backbowed neck.

HI
Urgent please help

i have try this. I turn truss rod max to clockwise or anti clockwise max , but it also
can't remove buzz sound.

Because i drop off the neck from a body two month. during this time, it is no tension. Maybe the neck is change
the sharp, the neck not straight. How can i do.
can i install a string and
tune it the correct tone and keep it in month. is it return to original sharp?

and water and denature alcohol will make the neck bigger. becuase i really think the neck hard to install to body than before.

Thank

Waitwait do not turn the truss rod to either max, this is a precise thing.
Turn Quarterturns only and wait!
Put the neck back on and install strings and tune to pitch and wait. Then adjust little by little.
And always retune to pitch.
How dirty was your neck when you use Alc and soap, oh boy. Clean it more often on a regular basis with lemon oil.
Good luck

Why for the love of sweet, sweet baby-Jesus would you leave the neck of the body for two months!?!?!

Anyway, I would have tried putting it back on, tuning it and letting it sit for a while till the neck started coming back. This thing must have visible back-bow now.
