Set screw for old-style Gotoh tremolo?

Hi all, I just took delivery of a 1996 Silhouette with double-locking tremolo... a combination I didn't realize I would like so much until relatively recently!

As the title suggests, I am in need of a replacement set screw for the tremolo bar tightness adjustment. Is this a part that can still be ordered from somewhere, or might the equivalent size screw be available from a place like McMaster Carr?

Photo included, for clarity. I will follow-up with a pic of the entire guitar once I have it cleaned up and set up!

This should be a metric grub screw with inner hexagon socket. Dimensions are M3 x 4mm. You need a 1.5mm allen wrench to screw.
I had a look and took the photos from my Luke I with the same Gotoh Floyd Rose.
