On my JP6, the high e string sounds like it is on a sitar when not plugged in. Is this something I need to adjust with the saddle? All the other strings sound ok. I have adjusted the rod to acceptable for me (not super low at all)

I do not have the means to measure the hieght, so I am going based on sound and feel.

I plan to take it in for a setup, but I moved to a new country and the authorized dealer is a couple hours away.

Thanks for your advice.. I just wanted to check before adjusting the saddles...I've never really done this myself.

THANKS!!!!!

Thanks X

I think the truss rod is set well... I will attempt messing with the saddle... the buzzing happens when the high E is played open... the other strings sound good.

The buzzing seems to be more prominent at the first 5 frets.

Oh, I missed this post. If it only happens with the open string then it's probably the nut.
Sorry Poppa :)
