Setting up my 'new' Luke 2

Hi guys,

I am just after some information on setting up my Luke 2, which came to me with dirty strings, manky fretboard and a dive-only trem. I want to use 9-42s, have a floating trem and clean everything up. Anyone have an idiots guide?

Also the neck does not feel totally bare like my axis - maybe it's just years of grime. Do I clean it all off and rewax it just like my Axis or what?
