Settings for a 25th anniv. growl?

Hi Folks,

I'm a newbie and could use some advice on how to get my 25th anniv. bass to growl. Playing through a 2x10 and GK head. Any pointers for bass settings or amp settings? Thanx in advance for your consideration.

I am yet to find a setup that doesn't growl with my 25th. Neck, bridge, series or parallel i have got nothing but great response from everyone that has heard it. I am sure 4 Markbass 10's and 500watts helps also. JOSH
