Well, I want the most neutral setting possible, but I have no idea what average string action is... I heard that
the Ernie ball factory action is at around 1.58... But I am not shure , sounds still pretty low
Probably someone who has a JPX with factory like string height can tell me the specific distance of the Liquifire PU to the strings and the specific string action

@mikeller

Thats the thing bro, everything and nothing works for me now...

Just got to much into it

And now I am not shure If there is something with my Liquifire really wrong , has lack of mids to my ear, not as my other guitar with liqui

Position changes much, sometimes then it lacks bass or treble, whateve I am not able to get a neutral setting any more

I understand and sense your frustration. The thing is, every guitar is different. One could easily measure, but your pickups are on another manufacturer instruments so inherently it will not sound the same one way or the other. Maybe the Liquifire isn't the pup for you?

But I love the Liquifire how it sounds on my Esp I just havent got it here to check and compare, the liqui has plenty of warm mid I like that but on my Izzy it seems either to lack mids or gain, dont know, I had once a very good setteing on my Izzy but then changed It because the lower strings where too loud compared to the high ones, I just want to have a neutral setting for that guitAR or at least a starting point and start to make musik and not care about htese things

Has anyone now an Idea of what Pu distance would be quite "typical". Like for example the distance on a JPX model with factory string action of ?;?? mm .

Hey, a little off topic but is there any technical reason for why the JP12 comes with .09s and the JPX and JPXI come with .10s?
