I have been trying to solve a setup issue on my Stingray. I have a fret buz on all strings above the 5th fret. Ive adjusted the neck, Saddles, and set intonation but I cant get rid of the buzz. What am I doing wrong?

No one is going to be able to give you any idea whatsoever without getting a look at the bass. I mean, you say you adjusted the neck - from what to what? Increased relief? Flattened the neck? You adjusted the saddles, but no one knows whether you lowered them, raised them - or where they were when you started. You see what I'm getting at?
You might want to have a good setup guy have a look at it. It's truly pretty easy to adjust these basses, but simply impossible over the internet.
Where are you located? Someone might have a good suggestion for a setup guy in your locale.

You are correct. I probably should have taken time to think about how to post instead of getting frustrated and posting so quickly. Here is what I have done so far.
I noticed a hump in the neck when I got it so I relieved it a little and its nice and straight. I raised the saddles up a hair to make sure when I pressed on the 1st and 12th frett there was room between the string and the fretboard on fret 5 and 6. I then set my intonation so that the notes on the open and 12th fret are the same.
I put a brand new pair of Power Slinkys on and went with the Power Slinkys for the heavier guage since we tune to D with a drop C.
I live in Euclid Ohio. Its a suburb of Cleveland.

Did you put the strings on before or after you made the adjustments? If you did it after then it is likely there is a difference in setup between the old strings and new. I just got an SR 5 on Thursday and spent about 6 hours total getting the setup right for me. It takes a while for the wood to react to any changes you are making so be patient and make small changes. I usually try to get the balance between upper neck fret string height and lower neck string height as close to the same as possible and that takes time and small moves...

If you get buzz mainly on the strings above the 6th fret you are supposed to loosen the truss rod a little bit.
Maybe give that a go. You might also need ot raise the action a bit if you play hard.
as said earlier cant see it so i cant say for sure but...
make sure you have a business cards thickness or a slight bit less between the 7th fret and the e string when you press down both the first fret and the 12th fret. if you got this the neck has enough relief. by doing this you eliminate the saddles as a variable and can tell if the neck is straight. now if the neck is fine adjust the saddles and make sure they're level(unlevel saddles can cause buzzing).
if the neck isnt fine adjust it accordingly, if the e string touches the 7th fret when you press down the 1st and 12th fret then you need to add relief, if it has far more than a business cards distance you need to straighten it.
