A shareholder of my company had a brother who died from ALS. He was the longest living case at the time... he lived several years after being diagnosed (I can't remember the exact number.. I think around 9 years!). She spent a fortune running him all over the globe for experimental treatments.. Denmark, the Mayo Clinic... all sorts of places. In the end it claimed him anyway. Terrible disease.
Jon, don't worry too much about Aziah. There are pictures of her on the web which wouldn't even need any photoshopping to embarrass her. Just some creative captions... and the blushing would begin!
