Hi folks
You may remember I posted a few months ago about a number of problems with my new Axis SS? Stereos socket not working, neck plate cracked, unstable neck...well I sent her back to the UK distributor Strings and Things, and after discovering that both the neck and the body weren't right, they ordered both from Ernie Ball. It's taken a few months because of the premium quilt top in natural I had on the Axis SS.
I got a phone call to say on Monday that the body had arrived and a call today to tell me that everything is done and she is on her way back home!
I'd like to publicly thank Ernie Ball and Strings and Things for sorting out the problems. Cheers guys!
