If you can't slap with flat wounds. And think treble is all you can get from your mm... Compared to a thumb bass? You need some lessons more than different guitar. Or bass guitar if it needs to be specified. I know I own many of the same or very similar basses, but I can get get 90% out of each out of each. It's just a riot to collect, and be able to introduce other people to the big al.
