So last weekend I was in a panic because I couldn't find my tremolo arm for my LIII. Sadly I didn't find it in time. But that's not the point of the story.

I called EBMM cold turkey. The guy who answered the phone was very nice and forwarded my call to Albert. He got a laugh out of my story, and quickly got me set up with an order for a backup trem arm. I'm expecting it any day now.

I just love the fact that EBMM not only makes such great guitars, but their Customer Service is second to none!

Well, I can’t say I’m surprised. Every time I’ve ever called them in the past the service has been stupendous AND friendly.
