Brent - you're killing me. Every time I see a pic of your play area, I get EVH envy, and that striped EVH only magnifies it exponentially.

I was dreaming today of an AL (striped like your EVH), with Axis pickups, a maple cap and the JP trem. See what you are doing to me? Have you no sympathy for others?!?!

Rob,

You might consider just replacing 1x12 with the Wizard and leaving one stock speaker in place. While this speaker is considerably louder than others, it does blend very well with others too. For some reason, 2 Wizards side by side doesn't sound as good as one, but when mixed with another speaker voicing, it's freaking unreal.

Should go without saying, but make sure you get the correct impedance. Remember also that they take a good few hours of playing to break in and warm up.

If you get one let me know how it works out for you.

I tried one out a couple of months ago, l thought it was a great amp, some people say that there is a wah sound to it, but l couldn't hear it, l esp. love the clean and ultra channels, but l'd recommend checking it out yourself, and make up your mind.

Scott.

Definately !
I just do plenty of reading around online to see what the goss' is and narrow my choices down before I'll venture out and try them.
Even though everyone has there own tastes, it soon becomes pretty apparent when something is good or a lemon.
Has saved me plenty of time in the past ! :D

You guys (and girls?) might have heared of Paul Lenders "PL Guitarsystems" - Well, he's a friend of mine and I often work with him. My setup is a combination of my dreams, our ideas and know-how combined in a mix of being creative and make it road proof! ...it's the best dream come real!

i like this floorboard!
is it right, that you only have 4 direct preset buttons and the rest is for adding different single effects.
