signature under pre ernie pickguard--of who?

Hello guys..i got in a trade a wonderful mint condition music man stingray of 79 , under the pickguard there is a signature and the date 79 , i would like to know if you know of who can be the signature , since the first name seems composed of 3 letters ..you never know it's signed by Leo himself!! ...but seemed me strange(the letters seems not match but you never know) ..so that's why the question , maybe someone of the EB stuff can know it or also if some other of you have the same signature on a old stingray or maybe it's just a sign that come after the purchase of the bass...just curiosity

some fast pics...better pics later.... (i'm also waiting the transparent green heinz )

I'm guessing the original owner signed it when he bought it.

That is not Leo's signature.
None of my preEB Musicmans have ever had a factory worker signature.
