Hi!
I got a silent circuit to have it installed in a fender SSS guitar.
Could anybody send me a wiring diagram for that?
Do I need a super switch to work properly?
And battery? Is it necessary a 9v volt battery as wells as a stereo jack?
I really appreciate any help!
Regards

Hi- there are lots of threads here if you want to use the search function.

Here's a wiring diagram for an Albert Lee that might help- it's basic SSS wiring:

Albertlee-sss-wiring-diag.jpg

Basically, Red is +9V, Black is ground, wiring Yellow to ground shuts off the circuit (you won't need to use it), and then Blue and Violet are the outputs- you wire them to the ground of the pickups (they are 180 degrees out of phase so test them to make sure). Generally you'd wire Blue to the bridge/neck pickups and Violet to the middle, but you might need to reverse that.

It requires a 9V battery. You can either wire up a toggle switch to turn it on/off, or use a stereo or switching jack to do this. If you use a TRS jack, wire the battery's ground to the ring and the guitar's ground to the sleeve. When you insert a plug, it will connect the two ground connections and allow current to flow. But again, there are several ways to do this.

Good luck.
