Help! Silent Circuit Removal

How is the Silent Circuit attached in control the cavity? I’d like to know what I’m dealing with before I go prying or knocking around. Like to preserve both guitar and SS.

Usually some double-sided foam adhesive. You can just wiggle it loose and pull it out. Btw, if you decide to get rid of it down the road, please drop me a line, I'm looking for one.
