Does the neck look twisted to you?

Look from the guitar side. If the nut is taller on bass strings (I think it is), it will give this visual illusion. Also measure relief and action across the neck.

Doesn’t look twisted to me, though a photograph is the worst possible way to determine that.

Why do you think it might be? What are the symptoms? How does it play?

Not my guitar, but I was thinking of buying it. Seller has no clue about guitars unfortunately.

As a general rule, if you have doubts, unless you are 1) willing to take a risk, or 2) can buy with some form of buyer protection, walk away.

Not my guitar, but I was thinking of buying it. Seller has no clue about guitars unfortunately.

Not saying it's the case here but I have had occasions where sellers get very selective amnesia when confronted with specific questions/issues/details that they may have had previous awareness of. It's always tricky to read but that can be a flag for me.
