Question Silhouette Special question

I have a question concerning electronics layout for Silo Specials. I see some with a 5-way and two knobs (assuming master vol., master tone), and I see others with three knobs.

Is there a point in time where EBMM changed the control layout for the silo from three knobs to two? Or do three knobs indicate Piezo...?

Three knobs = Piezo. They only have one Tone & one Volume.

Yo Adam, this is a totally shameless plug but I actually do have a three-knob Silo Special pickguard on hand if you ever want/need a Silo special with a three-knob setup.

I bought it with intent to build up a "Strat" setup for my Silo Special but haven't actually done it yet and don't know if I ever will.
