Help! Silhouette Special SSS - Input Jack

Hey there,

I just replaced the Bridge Pickup (the old one was defective) to realize somthing with the Input Jack is wrong. When I move the Cable on the jack it sounds like I have it in my hand when I touch the poles.

I was unable to get it out behind the Jack-Plate. Do I have to go from the otherside?

I have replaced one on my Silo Spec - can't remember exactly how but I think i may have unscrewed the screws holding the jack-plate and pushed from the inside and pulled. It is a sealed jack - you may need to go through Music Man support to purchase a replacement.
