Silhouette SSS Special: Pick Up Covers

Hello there!

Luckily I acquired a very nice 2002 SSS Piezo Silhouette Special recently.

I searched the web and forum but couldn’t find an answer to the (stupid) question:

Are the Pick Up Covers Changible? Standard Strat Measurements?

I know, I could disassemble and have a look, but I don’t want to cut and waste the strings (yet), an fear I would not be able to fiddle the short left end in again.

Yes, they are typical vintage Strat covers.

The pickups are DiMarzio single coils, similar in sound to the True Velvet single coils and identical dimensions. You can order in sets of three direct from DiMarzio, right here...
