Ok, here goes......

P1010381.jpg

Experience : What a great guitar!! Bought it without trying one first, but I'd heard such great things about it, it was a no-brainer. Plays like a dream and the piezo sounds absolutely fabulous.

Amps : I only have the one, a Hiwatt DR103, which I put through two custom made 2x12's. One is fitted with Webber Thames speakers, the other is fitted with Celestion G12's.

I use a few effects into the front of it.

Custom : Not changed anything, don't need to.

Everything else : It's great, get one while they're still available!!!

I tried one and it was tone heaven... Naturally I had to order up a piezo model for myself!

amps
Soldano SLO-100 dry w/ the 20th. I couldn't be happier!

custom
Tuned it to C with Not Even Slinky strings, and that's it so far

all the rest
I know where there are a few more hidden away ;)

great photos!

i really LOVE the 20th.

wonderful smooth sound. cannot describe the hardtail and rosewood sounds - some kind of a les paul meets prs meets musicman - but that wouldn´t do it justice - it is really something very special and unique - a lifetime keeper for me!
i also love to use the volume control and tone control - the only guitar i use the tone-control (to get that woman-tone... slash, santana, etc.) - just stunning.

currently i am into that sailing to philadelphia and shangri la sounds of mark knopfler - and that guitar is just perfect for that.
i am looking forward to play this baby trough a komet amp... that would be vintage-tonal heaven.

a true 20th FANatic

This is my 20th:

Here's the only clip I've made of the 20th (Mesa F-100 rig below): http://www.64graphics.com/clips/hal9000_Reflective_F-100_20th.mp3

The 20th is one of the best sounding and most versatile guitars I've ever played. It can bring the heavy (I restrung with 10-46s immediately), but I also love the clean voicing of both pickups on at the same time and the smooth sounds from the neck pickup. The volume control is also special since it maintains the tone when turned down much better than my other guitars. The piezo is also a treat and sounds great into my tube amps and with full range amplification.

These are a couple of the rigs I run it through:

I got mine "slightly used" off of Ebay just last over a month ago. It was a killer deal. I got out bid at the last second by a fellow from Germany, but I got a second chance offer since the "winner" was out of the US. Yeah!

Amps: Fender Cyber Twin (2x12's). Fender does take a bit of a beating around here.... not totally unjustified either. However, I still love their amplifiers! This one is a digital modeling amp. It recreates alot of great amplifier sounds as well as effects used on popular songs. I basically use the Twin Reverb and Blackface amp settings and add my own effects. It's really is a nice piece of equipment.

Custom : Heck no! When I got the guitar, it was strung with D'addario 10's. However, there was some fret buzzing due to really low action. I took it to the shop to have them re-set it with Pinky Slinky's and it plays better than ever.

This guitar truly is something special.
