There's a band you don't hear about too often!
I have some of their mp3s but, never heard someone else mention their name since high school.

I posted a thread a while back on Ian, he was a huge influence on me. He had such a unique tone and style about him...I would love to get some Saga tunes up and running again. Wind Him Up used to floor me.

Yeah! I want an EBMM Razcaster!!! Oh wait, 2044, that would make me the oldest survivng male member of my family ever. How about we push that up about 35 years or so, huh? :D :D Please? :) :) :)

I took this photo from that PBS series...ooohhh what's it called, Oh yeah Austin City Limits...anyway the dude rocks, didn't catch his name though, but he plays a Silo and he is definately an artist so he's a Silo Artist :D
Even his shirt says artist...hey it matches the Silo...now that's ART!

Either that or someone took his custom switched, EMG loaded, abalone pickguarded and knobbed Blue Dawn Silo and got it back before he missed it :D

I forgot about his custom switch.
I cannot see the pickups in the picture. I am pretty sure that NorM has an HSH configuration.
I couldn't remember his pickguard colour.
The funny part is that Raz' file pic is named Norm.

Is that Norm...no way, I knew he was good, but I never would have imagined him to be a Silo Artist ;)
 
I feel terrible, I can't let this go on...I'm sorry Norm I may have gone too far, that's just like me sometimes, I just don't know when to quit... :o
 
see, NorM can fix this by posting a picture of himself and his Silo and a sound clip for us to listen to......therefore showing us the artist that he his! ;)

Isn't he on the road for work right now?
 
Thanks Raz! That was great and no you didn't go to far. When the forum changed formats a year or so ago somthing "wierd" happened to my account that keeps me from posting pictures anymore. I'll see if there is somewhere that I can post a sound clip but DamN don't I look good. The next day I got a shave and a haircut at the request of one of the wives. :D

I do love the custom switched, EMG loaded, abalone pickguarded and knobbed Blue Dawn piezo trem Silo. This guitar is proof that I can look like crap, strap it on and still look great. I guess the same is true with the sound. (They did ask me back to play again)
