I've been playing with the OLP silo bass at work, and with the schecter hellcat VI.
now comparing the silo bass and the hellcat 6, the silo is listed at 29 5/8" scale, while the schecter is 30.
but the olp silo bass is tuned A-A according to the folks at elite, but the instrument builder on this site offers the option of "6-String Bass" and the "Tuned A-A" option as two different versions.
what's the difference? is there really a physical change between the two options? the pictures of the 6-string are up but the a-a aren't...
did i ramble?
