If you haven't yet... check out Mike Valeras playing a silo here:

http://www.guitar9.com/mikevalerasgroup.html

Mike is an amazing fusion player (i.e. mega chops)...

The clips here truly show what a MM Silo is capable off ... smooth lead tones and beautiful cleans...
(by the way, the second clip is a tribute to Steve Morse, called Morse Code)

Be hard to find a better demo of a Silo (with no vocals) when it comes to a demonstrating what a good multi-purpose axe can do...

(Now, I've gotta go try one out... .)

Tell us what ya think...?

Just want to bump this up in case other folk might have missed it...

Great playing & phrasing with some very, very hip ideals....

And also a great demonstration of what a Silo can do.... :)

I'd really like to hear this, but both iTunes and Windows Media Player are having problems with connecting the m3u streams.

Anyone else having this problem? How do you get around it?

Got it to work this morning with mplayer2.exe (was in the Windows Media Player directory, maybe for backwards compatibility?).

He is a very good musician indeed and the tracks really do show his playing well, but the musical style just isn't my cup of tea.
